Q: What should I bring? 
A: The best way to dress on the water is in LAYERS.  T-shirts, sweatshirt or fleece, rain jacket, shorts, jeans and rain pants are the basic necessities.  A visor hat and/or sunglasses are good to have. If you already own hi-tech clothing (fleece, quick-dry synthetic pants, etc) bring them.  A bathing suit and beach towel MIGHT come in handy. Sunscreen is a must.  As is a camera!  Please be sure to wear boat shoes, or sneakers with light colored soles, as black soles mark the boat.  No suitcases.  Please use soft-sided, collapsible luggage only.  Dufflebags or soft backpacks work best.  
 
Q: Does the boat have heat?
A: YES.  Forced hot-air heat will take the dampness and chill out while at anchor or on the dock.
Q: Can I take a shower?
A:  The boat has 2 heads, each with a shower.  Although water is limited , of course you can shower! Occasionally shoreside facilities will be available.
Q: What can I do to prevent seasickness?
A: The night before you leave the dock, take a motion sickness tablet, like Bonine or Dramamine.  You can get a  non-drowsy formula at the pharmacy. Take one tablet each day you are out on the water. The galley will be stocked with ginger ale and ginger snaps, just in case you need a little something extra.  And don't eat any really spicy or greasy food.
Q: Can I bring my children?
A: Children over the age of 4 are welcome aboard Civil Twilight.  A discount rate for Children under 12 is available.
Q: Can I help sail the boat?
A: Yes.  Participation is encouraged...but not mandatory!
Q:  Is alcohol allowed?
A:   Beer and wine will be provided with dinner.  You may bring any other favorite libation.  Drinking in moderation only.
