Maine Sailing Charters and Bahama Sailing Charters and Vacations

All overnight charters require a 50% deposit at time of booking. Day charters require payment in full at the time of booking. When the deposit is received at Twilight Charters, your requested dates will be reserved. The balance is due 30 days prior to departure date. We do NOT accept credit cards. When booking date is less than 30 days prior to charter start, payment in full is required to hold your reservation.

For trips cancelled by the client up to 30 days prior to departure, the deposit will be refunded, less a 10% booking fee. For trips cancelled less than 30 days prior to departure, the 50% deposit fee will be forfeited and the remainder of the paid balance will be returned. If the space can be re-booked, the deposit, less 10%, will be refunded.

For the comfort of all on board, no tobacco use of any kind will be tolerated.

Please notify us of any prescription drugs taken on board, and of course, any illegal drugs in use or possession will result in the immediate non-refundable termination of the charter.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol may be consumed in moderation only. Twilight Charters provides wine or beer with dinner. You are welcome to bring along any other alcoholic beverages.
